Lion’s Mane Mushroom Growing Kit Instructions:
To activate/start your kit to grow, cut a small horizontal slit about 3” long on one side of the bag. Keep the growing kit away from direct sunlight, it needs light but not directly in the sun. Also keep away from any heat source or vent. They prefer cooler temperatures. Lion’s Mane loves higher humidity so I recommend putting it on top of a moist towel. You should see the mushrooms starting to grow in about 10-14 days after activating bag.
It’s ready to harvest when it’s about 3”-4” wide in size. Just hold onto mushroom and pull off bag. Spray water on the opened area for about 2 days and stop watering. Then wait for another flush/harvest to start growing.
You should get 2-3 flushes/harvests per kit.
We now have it available at our Farmers Markets locations. Every Saturday at the Citrus Heights Farmers Market and every Sunday in Roseville at Mahany Park. Limited Supply, send message to hold some :o)
I'm super excited to share my knowledge of growing mushrooms. My classes will cover every step of the growing process, a list of the equipment needed and free grain spawn. Please contact us if you're interested in signing up for a class. My goal is to teach kids! I would love to offer my class to students and create future "Micro-farmers".

It was another exciting day in the GoodDay Sacramento Studio cooking up some fresh mushrooms.
These were a big hit! Contact us for the recipe :o)
I cooked up a simple Creamy Mushroom Pasta dish using fresh elm oyster mushrooms. Cooking tip: Don't put too many mushrooms in pan or they will steam, use less mushrooms and they pan sear better and create more flavor.
This is my version of Avocado Toast but much better. I used "Sour & Soul" Roasted Garlic Sourdough bread and made a cheesy garlic bread for the garlic butter mushrooms on top. Come see me at the Farmers Market for my secret ingredient :o)
It was an amazing day having GoodDay come see MushyLove! We had excited GoodDay viewers showing up just 10 minutes after we went live. It was so cool!
